Nonetheless, there’s nothing wrong with aiming for a slim, hourglass shape when getting ready for work, a night out, or even a casual get-together with friends. That is reality, and everyone should strive to feel confident in their body regardless of form or size. Just wanted to give a heads up for those who was thinking about getting things from this company. Although the items I got, not the ones I ordered, "fit" it wasn't what I wanted or needed. That's when I realized that if I ordered an XL I wouldn't have been able to put it on at all. When I tried it on it fit but a bit snug. I noticed the tags were of shapewear that was a 3XL but they looked a bit small for that size.
Going back to the incorrect package, I didn't want to risk lost even more money so I decided to check out what was inside and if there was anything that I could use. Either they tried to email or call and not only did they never get their refund back, but the company charged them EVEN MORE money. I did a little research of the company, which I should have done in the beginning, and saw that a lot of people have been scammed by this company.
Shapermint does not have a customer service system and you would only talk to bots. It was someone else's order but the outer wrapping was addressed to me. When my package arrived, it wasn't my order. I usually wear a size 14 in pants and I checked and the automated bots said a XL would fit. And I wanted to get some version of a cheaper Spanx.
I've been seeing a lot of ads for Shapermint thru a lot of social media platforms, especially during Black Friday.
